Why are my services not showing on my booking page, and I see an error message saying "Service not found. Go back and choose another option"?

This issue likely arises because you have created one or more services but have not connected them to the relevant Options. To resolve this, navigate to the top of the service management page where you will see the following headings: SERVICE, OPTIONS, AVAILABILITY, EXTRA, SETTINGS.

  1. Click on OPTIONS.
  2. From there, you can associate your service with one or more of your available Options.

Remember, an Alternative can refer to either a staff member or an object/product. By ensuring that your services are properly linked to the appropriate Options, they should appear correctly on your booking page. If you continue to experience issues, double-check that all necessary connections have been made.
