Why are my employees/staff receiving an error message when logging into their own user account?
If you have not assigned the necessary access rights to a staff member (referred to as an "Option" in the system) through the "User role" menu, they will encounter the following error message when attempting to log in:

To resolve this issue, you must assign the appropriate rights to each staff member (Option) through the User role menu. Without the necessary permissions, staff members will not be able to access the system successfully.
