Why are my services double-booked at the same time? What might be causing this?

If a service can be booked multiple times simultaneously, there may be an error in your setup. To troubleshoot this issue, please check the following:To prevent errors that allow a service to be booked more than once at the same time, follow these steps:

  1. Review the Service:
    • Start by editing the specific service in question.
  2. Check the 'Service' Tab:
    • Locate the field labeled 'Capacity'.
    • If you want the service to be available for only one booking at a time, ensure this field is set to 'Alone'. If it is set to 'Group', it indicates that multiple customers can book the service simultaneously, depending on the specified number.
  3. Examine the 'Option' Tab:
    • To restrict the service to one booking at a time, make sure only one option is selected here.
    • Keep in mind that selecting two options allows for two simultaneous bookings, three options permits three bookings at once, and so forth.

By following these steps, you can ensure that your service is configured correctly to prevent overlapping bookings.
